During
the Meeting the issues on achievements and perspectives of the negotiations
Ukraine EU, the chapters of the Bill of the Treaty on Association between
Ukraine and European Union, zones of free trade, issues on illegal migration,
perspectives of the visa free dialogue between Ukraine and EU were scrutinized.
Opening the Common Meeting, the Chairman of the committee on International Affairs, Oleg Bilorus stressed that "the peculiarity of the event consists in the opportunity to show solidarity of all the branches of power concerning the European integration movement in Ukraine".
It was mentioned during the discussion that from the year 2007, the active work on the creation of the legislative basis for the deep cooperation between Ukraine and EU is held.
The progress is reached in negotiations on the economic and sartorial parts of the Treaty on Association between Ukraine and European Union.
The Speakers have concentrated the attention on the run of the negotiations process concerning the creation of the free trade zone between Ukraine and EU. The principles on the free trade will determine the legislative basis for the free circulation of goods, services, capitals, labour force etc.
The
People´s Deputies expressed bother concerning the not sufficient financing
of the negotiation process as the Treaty on Association between Ukraine and
European Union should become qualitatively new document on the way of
converging of Ukraine and EU.
The Deputies resolved to continue "regular informing of the Parliamentary Committees on the state of the negotiation process between Ukraine and EU concerning the conclusion of the Treaty on association".
